It is always nice to be rewarded for our hard work and this year we were rewarded with a very prestigious award. WEVA, The Wedding and Event Videographers Association International, awarded us the Bronze medal for “American Boy” in the category of “Social Event Coverage.” WEVA is the largest nonprofit trade association representing professional wedding and event videographers internationally. WEVA award winners are the top videographers in their field.

Matthew was the “American Boy”. Using the “American Boy” ditty, he starred and danced in his own MTV-style video with Kanye West to get the party hopping. After his Bar Mitzvah ceremony, Matthew kicked off his party by starring and dancing with Kanye West in his own MTV-style video. Using creative special effects and editing, this concept video set the pace for the entire party. We continued using the MTV-style coverage while creating a historical family DVD for all eternity.
